These 60- to 90-minute sessions offer guided sound immersion using thoughtfully selected instruments to support deep relaxation, nervous system balance, and mental clarity. Each session includes time for intention setting, grounding, personalized instrument selection, immersive sound work, and a gentle closing to support integration.

New Client Consultation Requirement

Clients who are new to Moss and Moon and/or new to sound immersion are required to schedule a 20–30 minute consultation prior to their first session. This consultation allows time to discuss intentions, health considerations, and to thoughtfully select instruments best suited to your needs.

• The consultation fee is $50 and is non-refundable

• Payment is due at the time of booking

• The consultation fee is applied toward your first session

Example:
An Individual 60-Minute Sound Immersion is $100
• $50 is due at booking for the consultation
• The remaining $50 is due at the end of the session

An individual 90-Minute Sound Immersion is $130

• $50 is due at booking for the consultation
• The remaining $50 is due at the end of the session

Scheduling Note for New Client

If you are new to Moss and Moon, please allow for an additional 30 minutes when scheduling your first appointment. This ensures ample time for consultation, intention setting, and personalized instrument selection to support a safe and restorative experience.
